JOB OVERVIEW
The Training Team Leader will play a key role in delivering impactful internal learning initiatives while supporting the continuous improvement of training programs. This position blends coordination, content support, and stakeholder collaboration.

The Training Team Leader will play a key role in delivering impactful internal learning initiatives while supporting the continuous improvement of training programs. This position blends coordination, content support, and stakeholder collaboration.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and schedule all kinds of internal training session and workshop
- Work with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Assist in developing and updating training materials and learning modules
- Handle training logistics including venues, materials, and system setup
- Coordinate with internal/ external trainers and relevant stakeholders for program delivery
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and documentation
- Manage learning management systems (Percipio, PowerYou…) enrolments, tracking, and reporting
- Collect feedback and support basic analysis of training effectiveness
- Monitor and ensure on-time completion of onboarding and mandatory compliance training for all employees
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of training experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior trainer role. Experience in the insurance industry is a advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes ownership
- Intermediate at 4 skills of English
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and a highly self-driven mindset, with a constant desire to grow, excel, and reach new heights.
